FLOURISHING
Spaciousness – Where God makes space, we flourish.
God has brought All Nations into a season of spaciousness—a place where we can continue to grow, serve, and proclaim Christ. As we look ahead, our prayer is that our church would flourish in ways that transform lives and impact our community.
In the years to come, we hope to see more people gathering to worship, more baptisms, more families and students coming to faith in Jesus, and more leaders rising to serve. Our desire is not simply growth in numbers, but growth in discipleship, community, and mission.

The 4Fs Vision for All Nations
Guided by Scripture and our partnership with Highland Park Presbyterian Church, we are focusing on four key areas that help churches flourish:
Flourish in Community
Building missional communities that bring the hope of Christ into our neighborhoods
At All Nations Church, we believe that community is at the heart of God’s plan. We are already a family that cares deeply for one another—but our calling does not stop at the church doors. God has placed us in our neighborhoods, workplaces, and local spaces for such a time as this, to bring His love, hope, and life to the people around us.
Through intentional, missional communities, we can multiply the love we share, strengthen our care for one another, and extend Christ’s hope to every corner of our city. Just as missionaries over 130 years ago crossed cultures to bring the gospel to Kenya, we too are called to embrace our spiritual legacy and live out the gospel in practical, life-transforming ways.

Vision
To be a reproducing church that actively blesses every space God has entrusted to us—where we live, work, and love—bringing the hope of Christ into every neighborhood.

Mission
We will live out our vision by:
-
Reactivating and reorganizing small groups into missional communities that care deeply for one another and intentionally reach outward.
-
Multiplying our presence in neighborhoods, workplaces, and local spaces to demonstrate God’s love in practical ways.
-
Strengthening care within the church while expanding our mission beyond our walls.
-
Honoring our spiritual legacy, embracing the cross-cultural gospel witness that brought faith to our forebears, and continuing that story in our generation.

Our Commitment
We commit to being a church for such a time as this—faithful to God’s call to bless our community, transform lives, and multiply disciples across DFW.

Flourish in Leadership
Raising and equipping faithful leaders and elders who shepherd the church with wisdom and accountability
Healthy churches require leaders who are accountable, wise, and faithful in shepherding God’s people. At All Nations Church, we recognize that long-term spiritual health depends on developing self-governing leadership—leaders who guide with integrity, maturity, and vision.
In our Presbyterian structure, pastors serve alongside elders drawn from the congregation. This shared leadership ensures stability, sustainability, and a mature, balanced approach to shepherding the church.

Vision
To raise and equip a healthy, self-governing leadership team of elders and pastors that strengthens and sustains the church for generations to come.

Mission
We will live out this vision by:
-
Developing strong accountability among all church leaders.
-
Raising faithful shepherds who care deeply for God’s people.
-
Equipping leaders in wise stewardship over the church’s resources and mission.
-
Encouraging shared leadership between pastors and elders to foster stability, maturity, and sustainability.

Our Commitment
We have raised pastors. Now, we commit to raising elders from within our congregation—leaders who will faithfully guide, nurture, and sustain All Nations Church for years to come.

Flourish in Generosity
Responding to God’s grace by giving generously to support ministry, discipleship, and future mission
Generosity is at the heart of God’s kingdom. For years, All Nations Church has been blessed by the faithful giving of others—covering bills, utilities, and mortgages during difficult times, supporting families in need, and enabling ministry to flourish. Because someone gave, we were blessed. Today, God has established stability, opportunity, and provision among us—and now it is our turn to give so that others can flourish.
Generosity is not just an act—it is worship in action. When we give, we release the grace we have received and extend it to others.

Vision
To cultivate a church that responds to God’s grace with generosity, empowering ministry, discipleship, and mission to flourish in every area of life.

Mission
We will live out this vision by:
-
Supporting ministry development that strengthens the church and its outreach.
-
Equipping and training leaders, including next-generation leaders in children’s and student discipleship.
-
Extending care to our neighborhoods, bringing Christ’s love into our communities.
-
Investing in future church planting, expanding God’s kingdom locally and globally.

Our Commitment
We commit to a kingdom mindset: grace received becomes grace released. As God has been generous to us, we will be generous to others—ensuring that the work of Christ continues, and that lives, families, and communities flourish.

Flourish as Disciples
Growing deeper roots in Christ so that lives are transformed and faith is passed to the next generation
In a world filled with distraction, cultural confusion, and constant noise, God’s Word is our anchor. Keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus allows us to grow spiritually, build lasting faith, and pass that faith to the next generation.
Flourishing churches are made of flourishing disciples—people rooted deeply in Christ, guided by His Spirit, and shaped through faithful obedience.

Vision
To cultivate disciples who are deeply rooted in Christ, spiritually grounded, and equipped to live transformative lives that influence generations.

Mission
We will live out this vision by:
-
Growing personally in Christ, through prayer, study of God’s Word, and obedience.
-
Building faith that lasts for generations, passing spiritual truths to children, youth, and new believers.
-
Equipping disciples through pathways like Mizizi / Rooted, allowing God’s Spirit to shape lives even in imperfection.
-
Focusing on deep roots, clear vision, and faithful obedience, ensuring discipleship produces spiritual maturity and enduring impact.

Our Commitment
We commit to staying anchored in Christ, growing in spiritual depth, and raising disciples whose faith transforms families, communities, and generations to come.

This Far… Yet There Is More
As we celebrate 25 years, we recognize that faithfulness does not mean everything is finished. Hebrews 10:23 reminds us: “He who promised is faithful.” Like Joshua, we press forward, trusting God’s promises and stepping into the next chapter of His plan.
This far, God has brought us. Yet there is more.
More lives to disciple, more communities to bless, more leaders to raise, more generosity to release, and more hope to share.
Let us move forward together—rooted in Christ, flourishing in every area of ministry, and confident that the best is still ahead.
